How to check your BECE school placement?

To check your BECE senior high school (SHS) placement, follow the guide provided below

You now do not need to buy a Placement checker card. The Ministry of Education now offers free access to school placement checking
Go to the CSSPS placement portal at https://www.cssps.gov.gh/hub/login
Enter your Index Number (Enter your 10-digit BECE index number followed by the last 2 digits of the year of examination. For example, 100000000025 for the year 2025.)
Enter Access code (Enter the free access code received via SMS on the phone number used during registration.)
Click on the Sign in button for a pop-up window to display your school placement results.

How to print BECE School Placement

1. After clicking on Submit and the enrolment form, placement slip, and prospectus is displayed

2. Press CTRL+P on your computer Keyboard to begin the printing process

3. At the destination area select Save as PDF

4. Click on the Print button below to save the 2024 School Placement on your device.

5. Visit a nearby Internet cafe or printing press to print the saved PDF in hard copy.
